Law Office of David P. Shapiro Named One of the Fastest Growing Law Firms In the U.S.
We are delighted to announce that for the second year in a row, the Law Office of David P. Shapiro has been named one of the fastest growing law firms in the entire country. Of the 500 law firms to receive this honor, our Firm ranked #24 in the United States, and first in San Diego County, with a growth rate of 190%.

Since early 2010, our Firm has been providing superior criminal defense representation, helping our clients regain control of their future when charged with crimes in the greater San Diego area. The Firm’s rapid growth, starting in 2017, then compounded in 2018 with the addition of Partner Stefano L. Molea and additional support staff, has enabled the Firm to help even more clients while maintaining its reputation as one of San Diego’s best law firms. Great things are ahead in 2020 and beyond for the Firm and its clients!

This award is a tribute not only to our continuing stability as a law firm, and the leadership and vision provided by the Firm’s Founder & Managing Partner, David P. Shapiro, but also to our loyal clients who continue to support us as we grow. And last, but certainly not least, our thanks to all of the Firm’s legal assistants, past and present, who provide our clients with invaluable support on a daily basis. Stay tuned to see if we can repeat the honor in 2020!

David Shapiro, who has previously been interviewed on other aspects of the "Me too" movement, was described by his hosts, San Diego sports radio icons Ben & Woods, as the person they brought on their program "every time there [were] legal issues in sports." The Brown case is complicated to some degree because the first filing was a civil case pending in federal court in Florida. David discussed the ramifications of the civil case, particularly as it may affect a possible ongoing criminal investigation. He also explained that the resolution of the civil case does not close the door on the potential criminal
