Firm Launches Podium App
to Enhance Client Communication
Our Firm is pleased to announce that it has installed and is now utilizing the Podium Interaction Management platform. Podium is a cloud-based program that is designed, among other things, to streamline and centralize interaction between businesses and customers. At the Law Office of David P. Shapiro, we pride ourselves on our accessibility to our clients and our responsiveness to their needs. When clients have questions, Podium will help us to communicate quickly and effectively. For potential clients, the program serves to enhance communication and help ease their way into our Firm's communication network. Podium also allows us to maintain a chronological view of all our text and related conversations with each new and potential client. We are happy to introduce this feature in the hope it will augment our already outstanding client communication, as we continue to help those charged with a crime regain control of their future.
Networking Event
"Get to Know Your Customers Day"
On July 18, the Law Office of David P. Shapiro sponsored a networking event at The University Club in downtown San Diego. The goal of the event was to share ideas with other professionals and collaborate on ways to better get to know our clients, improve communication, and grow our practice without diminishing our client connections. The concept was in the spirit of Get to Know Your Customers Day. The ideas generated at the gathering will help the Firm continue to provide outstanding service to our clients and to remain on the cutting edge of client communication and client satisfaction.
