Constance Hardin

Operations Assistant

Get to know..

Constance Hardin has been connected to the Firm in some capacity since 2022, despite not officially joining our team until 2024. She has nearly two decades of customer services and sales experience. Constance obtained her bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from California State University, Los Angeles, and previously worked as a Personal Banker, teaching financial literacy to underserved communities.

After relocating back to San Diego in 2019, the rise in social and civil unrest that was happening around the world caused Constance to feel deeply impacted and yearning to pursue change. It was then that Constance decided she wanted to pursue law and focus her life on helping the community. So, she returned to school to obtain her master’s degree in administrative justice and security during the COVID pandemic and then received her Paralegal certificate shortly after in 2022. It was during a criminal law course in the paralegal program at the University of San Diego, taught by Ally Keegan, when Constance’s interest in criminal defense, specifically, peaked. Constance appreciates the concept that we are all one decision away from having a very different life and was drawn to our Firm in large part due to the work we do in the community.

Constance is a dog mom to Marley (a 10-year-old Yorkie), enjoys time with friends and family, binge watching law shows like Suits and All Rise, listening to music, and practicing Spanish with Rosetta Stone and Duolingo.
