Here’s what you need to know to regain control of your future
If you or a loved one has been arrested or charged with a crime, or is the subject of an outstanding warrant, and your case is pending at the East County Courthouse, there is contact and other information available that provides a valuable resource during this difficult time. You may have questions about visiting hours at the jail, bail, or any one of a number of issues. In some cases, a trip to the courthouse may be beneficial:

If you need to find out about posting bail, to visit a loved one, for probation or parole issues, or to obtain information about a pending criminal case, a trip to the El Cajon courthouse may be required. If so, note that in addition to criminal records, the courthouse also houses offices for the probation department, the Sheriff’s office, the District Attorney and others.
